Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that high demand periods such as holidays may extend this time. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer several shipping options for orders within Pakistan. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside Pakistan. Shipping fees and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination. Please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated international shipping times:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Errors

Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
